Documents Seller Questions

Hi there I'm thinking to buy the Documents Seller component and I have 1-2 questions.

1.Usually Im working with joomla 1.5 but I was wondering which is the best verrsion to use with DMS?
2.I want to sell a software that is 320mb do you think that the size of the file is too big...?
3.And the last question...what kind of paypal account must have to use DMS?
