I've already tried one joomla extension but my problem is that the download link I get after a purchase one can just copy paste to any PC and they can download the file as well !
I've read your extension has a feature of attached files to email. So no download link. However is it possible to attach such large files via email ?
If no then is your provided DOWNLOAD link a static link that one can just send and the other user will download the files for purchase like the other extensions does ? Or is it blocked by any way ?

It is not possible to attach big file like that to the email, so the only solution is sending download link to them via email and of course, they can send this link to other users. However, DMS has two solution to solve the issue :
1. You can setup the extension so that the link will be valid in one day only (for example). Then users can download the document in one day only. Even they send the link to other users, from "tomorrow", noone can download it.
2. You can set number download to 1. That mean after the users download the document, no-one can use the given link to download it anymore.
Hope the explanation is clear to you.
Regards,
Tuan

Let me ask some clarification on the other 2 options.
Option 1 : Valid Link for one day .
If there has been 1 day download option.
Do I have to reupload the file to create a new link each time one user downloads the file ?
Option 2 : One download per file.
So the file can be dowloaded for just one time ? I need to reconfigure/reupload the file so to produce a new link ?
Thanks for the quick reply.

=> You don't need to re-upload or re-create any link. When a user purchase a document, the extension will generate an unique download link for their purchase and send it to user. Users can click on this link to download and this link will be valid in 1 day (you config to make it valid in X-days). If another user purchase the document, a new download link will be generated.
So basically, you don't need to do anything. The system do it all for you.

The same with option #1, the link is generated automatically by the system and it is unique for each order. After user click on this link to download, the link will be expired and no-one can download use this link anymore
Hope it is clear to you now .

So there is a feature of automatically generating NEW UNIQUE links after just one payment ?
User Mr.X downloads one time with an unique link that he cannot send it and be able to download again with that link.
If User Mr.B downloads the same product he will download it with a new unique link ?
Is this correct ?
