I would like to use the booking system to book holidays. Each fixed term holiday would be an 'event'
Ths system seems appropriate as any number of people can be booked at the same time and each of their names recorded. Also, the holidays would recur each week on fixed days (Mon-Wed, Fri-Sun).
The tricky bit is that these holidays are for families/groups with one or more disabled person so they will need to be able to also book a wheelchair for the duration of the holiday. As there are only a limited number of wheel chairs their availability is paramount.
Let's say that there are 5 wheel chairs. They could all be booked by 5 groups with one each. There could then be 5 holiday/events running concurrently.
Or 2 groups with 2 and 3 wheel chairs respectively. In which case there are only 2 holidays/events running at the same time.
In other words, the number and bookability of 'events' is entirely dependent on the number of wheel chairs available.
Would Event Booking be able to do this? Could it be edited to perform this function?
