Can Event Booking fullfill these requirements?

We have the following requirements, how many can the Event Booking extension fulfill?

- Only admins shall be able to create events
- It shall be possible to create free and paid events
- It shall be possible to create events with a limited number of registrations
- It shall be possible to create recurring events, where each recurrence of the event has it's own participant list
- It shall be possible to create events that consists of a number of events (one event, several dates), but with one participant list
- Only registered users shall be able to register for an event
- It shall be possible for a registered user to cancel participation in an event
- It shall be possible to register to go on a waiting list for an event, and if room opens up on the event, get an email that you're now registered as participant for the event
- It shall be possible to see events on a calendar
- It shall be possible for a user to see all events he has registered for on a list
