events for only certain criteria and quickbooks in

Good afternoon. I have two quick questions.

We want some events to be only available to certain people depending on questions asked. For example, we would ask in the event registration for 'have you attended X many courses?'. If they say YES, they can register, if they say NO, they cannot. We would even like to go as far as to provide them with some alternate text if they select NO. Is this possible?

Also, can this extension integrate with quickbooks?
