I'm working on a new website for an accounting firm which requires its customers to be able to upload documents (time-sheets, bank statements, etc.), as well as download documents (financial statements, tax returns, W2, etc.) to and from their own respective folders.
Does OS Tickets support full, 2-way document exchange as described above?
