Automatically add a percentage to total figure

My client wants a form where his customers can choose the amount they want to pay but to have a 3% credit card charge on top of that added to that amount automatically. Is there a setting where I can have this 3% automatically added onto the total amount that the client has keyed in to pay?

Unfortunately, the ability to add 3% to total amount is not supported in the current version of the extension .
