Individual Registration as home page?

Hi.

My situation is that we are registering people for one event on one domain.

With EB, is there a way to make the individual registration page THE homepage of the Joomla site, rather than a calendar or list?

There may be several times for this one event, and I'd like the registrant to be able to select the preferred time from the registration page, but because its one event and one date, I think starting @ a calendar is not needed.
