How to get a track of the payments using Stripe?

Hi,

I am wondering if there a way to keep the tracks of the payments made with Stripe? I am able to get all the payments using Authorize.net but not with Stripe.

I want to keep a track to get the postal address of the customer. It is important for me. When using Authorize.net, for every payment I receive an email with all the information but not with Stripe. The only email I get is from Stripe itself and I lose all the information filled in the original form from Payment Form.

Would you help me to solve that issue?

I believe the issue happens because you forgot to configure Stripe Webhook. See docs.joomdonation.com/paymentform/basic-...gins/stripe-checkout for instructions and try again

Please remember to get Signing Secret from the webhook and enter it into Signing Secret parameter of the payment plugin. It is needed for the payment plugin to work

is not working for me.
- I have a multilangual website. If I change domain.com by my website, it does not work.
- If I had en or fr (both languages I am usingà, it does not work either.

What should I do?

Try to add &lang=en to URL. So change the URL to domain.com/index.php?option=com_pmform&t...ripecheckout&lang=en

Of course domain.com needs to be replaced by URL of your site

Mean you haven't got Signing Secret from the webhook and enter into Signing Secret parameter in the payment plugin yet

I created a webhook in Stripe. Then I got the Signing Secret Parameter that I filled in the Stripe plugin of Joomla.

I can see all the events in Stripe but when sending to the link my-domain.com/index.php?option=com_pmform&t...od=os_stripecheckout&lang=en (or &lang=fr), I have an error 403.

I do not what to do. My request is very simple. I just want to receive all the information about my customers (address and phone number). These information are filled by the customer before clicking the payment button. At the end, they receive a page with all the information but no me. I just received the receipt from Stripe but it is incomplete.

If you do not know how to setup, you can submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site and invite me to your Stripe account so that I can configure it for you
