Multiple online payments was created by Dimosthenis
Hi Tuan,
as a new user, I was reading the forum to have an idea of the different topics.
I found this one joomdonation.com/forum/payment-form/8046...payment-methods.html which refers to multiple offline payments and I wonder if the same scenario can be applied for online payments (eg. Multiple PayPal & Authorize.net). The reason is that I have a registration website where users can register in multile events which means different Organizers, which means different PayePal /Autorize.net emails and accounts.
The question is: Does the same approach for installing multiple online payment plugins, one per Event, is the way to go? If yes that would be great.
Thanks.

Hello
1. For PayPal, under each form, there is a parameter called PayPal Account which allow you want to use to receive payment for that form. So no customization will be needed
2. For Authorize.net, unfortunately, that feature is not supported. So customization to the code will be needed to allow entering Authorize.net account for each form if it is really needed. But that would cost you small fee 20$ for doing the customization
Regards,
Tuan

#1 I see the field. This is a text field. Does it means I need to add the PayPal Email which is going to receive the payment?
#2 I would be interested in this option if could be done. Maybe u can think to implement to other plugins too (like Stripe) if doesnt exists.

Hi Tuan,
couple more questions before I proceed with the ticket:
For #1 the email I will put in the parameter `PayPal Account` will override the email I have put in the PayPal plugin settings OR I should leave the PayPal Email empty in the plugin settings? Does the Authorize.net plugin will follow the same principle with the `API Login` and `Transaction Key` settings?

Hi
You should still put the default PayPal account into PayPal Email parameter of the payment plugin. The idea is that if the account is entered in the form, it will override the default account in the payment plugin
If no account entered in the form, the account in the payment plugin will be used. It is the same for both PayPal and Authorize.net
