Square Payment Form Credit Card info not displaying

I installed Payment form version 6.11.4
and Square plugin 6.9.0

1.  The problem is that the radio box to choose credit or debit card never displays and the inspector says it is set to "display:none"

I tried this with both Gantry 5 and with Cassioipeia, and the radio box does not show up on either.

When I try to process the form the error says "paymentMethod is undefined".


2. The second problem is that when I put in an amount to pay, then there is a box that opens with card number, exp date, cvv, cardholder name - but the box disappears and shrinks so that it cannot be seen.   The display is also set to none. 

I tried this with both Gantry 5 and with Cassioipeia, and the box with the credit card info shows up and then disappears on both forms.

I did not change any of the settings or css to none.

Solved.

The form was not showing the credit card info. "area" because the os_square card plugin inadvertently had a space before the entry for the Application ID. The space must have been added when I cut and pasted it from the square website. The extra space was preventing the form from loading after putting in the amount to pay.

Note also that the Credit or Debit Card is not a radio button. I thought it was. To make this clear I went to the Payment Form component, transalations submenu, scrolled down to this entry, and renamed it Credit or Debit Card Info..

Yes, that's right. The issue just causes by extra space characters you added into Application ID parameter of the payment plugin. Thanks for updating this post with the information
