Today, I released Payment Form version
6.11.2 which contains some improvements below:
1. Allow select fields to be displayed/hidden on List Items Management screen
We integrated table columns script (from Joomla 4+ library) for all list views (like forms , fields management, coupons management, payment plugins management). With this feature, you can select to show/hide any fields you want on these management screens.
2. Improve Payment Plugins
- Add
Access setting to payment plugin. By doing that, you can control what user groups can use certain payment plugins if needed
- Separate Sandbox and Live PayPal account parameters for PayPal payment plugin
3. Improve Custom Fields
- Support custom settings layout for custom field. It is useful when you want to customize code to add more settings to custom field without having to worry that it is lost when you update to future releases of the extension
4. Allow setup sample data
For new installation, you might want to setup sample data (same as on the demo data on Payment Form demo site) to understand how certain things are setup. This is now supported. You can access to
domain.com/administrator/index.php?optio...ol.setup_sample_data
to setup sample data for your Payment Form installation (replace
domain.com/administrator
by administrator URL of your site)
5. General code impovement
We also replace usage of deprecated Joomla API with it's replacement to modernize codebase and make sure the extension continue working with future releases of Joomla when these deprecated methods are being removed
