Didn't See This Coming - Using The 'Depend on options' Field

I am having great success with the Payment Form and the 'Depends on options' field has been key.  Now I have come across an issue that has me scratching my head: 
I have an unavoidable 'if and if' condition and the 'Depends on options' field is limited to an 'if' condition.
What are my options?  I know that there is a custom Javascript tab on each form.  Could that be the answer?  I would appreciate any guidance on this matter.
I have included an image to illustrate.  What I need is as follows: 

If the 'Adult Cardio Sessions' option is  'Session I August 21, 2023 - October 1, 2023'
AND 'Class Length' option is '5-Weeks'
Then display the message 'No Clinics on September 4'

Unfortunately, we do not have a way to handle if and if conditions like that. Maybe you can try to find a way to setup it using multiple dependency. Basically, it allows :

- Field B depends on Field A
- Field C depends on Field B

Think about it. You might be able to setup the system to handle that
