Dear customers
Today, I released Payment Form version 6.6.2 with some small improvements below:
1. Support Offline Credit Card Payment Option
Now, you can purchase and use PMF Offline Credit Card payment plugin to secure collect credit card information from your customers and process payment manually somehow base on the collected credit card data. To make it secure:
- Part of credit card information will be sent to administrator email
- Other information of credit card will be stored and can be viewed in payment record details
Combine data from two places, you will have enough information to process the payment.
2. Improve Code Base
We updated code of the library which is using in the extension to use namespace classes from Joomla library (instead of using it's Alias). That result in modern code and a bit faster loading.
3. Other small changes:
- Increase editor height to make it display better on Joomla 4 (causes by some bugs fixes in Joomla 4.1.5)
- Use code mirror editor to better adding/editing custom css in the extension
Please update your site to this latest package of Payment Form to use these improvements. If you get error during update process when update from administrator area of your site, please access to My Downloads menu item, download latest package, upgrade it manually and it will be fine (there was a bug in older version causing update from administrator error, it was fixed recently)
