Payment offline problem (v.6.5.3)

Dear,
updating to v6.5.3 (from 6.5.2) I noticed that offline payment doesn't save in the database the record.

Can you send me the previous version? In downlod section I dont't find the old version.

Could be something special on your site causing the error. Could you please try to access my Downloads menu item, download latest package of Payment Form from there, upgrade it to your site, then check it again?

If the error still happens, submit a support ticket sending us super admin account and link to the form so that I can check it
