Questions about Payment Form extension

Generating invoices for past payments

Hi, we did not turn on the invoice feature for Payment Form, but would now like to generate invoices for the payments that have already been raised.
Is this possible?

Hello Alison

1. Click on the record to edit

2. Change Payment Status to Pending, save it

3. Then change Payment Status back to Paid, save it

Then invoice should be generated. While you are doing that, the system will send payment approved email to users. If you don't want that happen, please go to System -> Global Configuration, set Send Mail to No to disable emails temporarily

That should solve your issue
