I get "Invalid verification code entered"

I get "Invalid verification code entered" was created by Mike Anderson
When my clients try to make a donation the system says "Invalid verification code entered" when they try to pay. There is a verification code header but no field to enter into. The site is thegyfl.com.

Hi Mike

Look like captcha is not configured properly on your site and it cause the issue. Please submit a support ticket to Joom Donation category so that our support staff will check and correct it for you
