When my clients try to make a donation the system says "Invalid verification code entered" when they try to pay. There is a verification code header but no field to enter into. The site is thegyfl.com.

Look like captcha is not configured properly on your site and it cause the issue. Please submit a support ticket to Joom Donation category so that our support staff will check and correct it for you
