I wish to create a form for parents to book children in to attend a function (no limitation on numbers able to attend).
The form needs to allow for parents names and contact details and then list the names of the children that will be attending.
Obviously for each child that they enter there will be a cost, so it needs to be able to allow parents to enter multiple children if required and calculate the cost accordingly.
Can the payment form allow this type of registration for to be created, so that as each childs details are entered, the cost is automatically recalculated?
I have seen the event form and don't want to use that as I want the parents to enter their details first!
