Payment Form 500 Error

I'm using payment form and I can see the form if I add it to a menu but when I insert it in an article I get this message.
"500 - Layout default not found"

This is the code that I use in the the article: {pmform 1}
Payment Form: 1.6
Joomla 2.5
Plugin is enabled

As I mentioned on other post, version 1.6 is not compatible with Joomla 2.5 . You will need to upgrade it to version 2.1 to use it on your Joomla 2.5 site .

OK. Looks like I have to buy it again. Two questions please....

1) Will it work if I insert it in a module?

2) How do I get the field labels at the top instead of the left of the field?

So instead of:

First Name: John Brown

I would like it like this:

First Name:
John Brown

Right now, Payment Form doesn't allow you to insert Form into a module. It only allows you to load the form into an article .

To get the label at the top instead of the left of the input field, you will need to customize the layout of the form. the file you need to modified is components/com_pmform/views/form/tmpl/default.php, it should be easy .
