I tried to set up the amount field in my form but it just not appears and I keep getting a 0$ amount in the payment confirmation. Not sure if it is a bug but I've tried few things and no result.
Could you help me with this problem please. Let me know where I can give you my admin infos for you to take a look.

Please see my respone in email. Basically, it is just your wrong setting. I just changed the setting and It works fine now. For more detail, please check your email .
