Changing order of forms

Hi,
Two little things,
How do I change the order of the forms so that in the form list it goes to my desired order? For some reason, on the back end I cant modify the order like I can normally do for articles, categories and even the other tabs within the payment form component.

Also, is there a way to eliminate the column in the forms list that displays the No. or is there a way to change that column and what is inputted in that column. I looked through the translation part and couldn't find anything for this. It did however help me for the other questions I had in a previous thread.
