Function to delete single or all emails listed in "tools"

I like OSB very much and in nearly all parts and functions, it can be operated in conformation with German GDPR and DSA / TDDDG, when I delete all those service booking data, after the service is completed and payed. But in Tools / emails, there will be all the orders accessible after this time – and this is not allowed by GDPR and TDDDG regulations.
Therefor I would like to add a new function, by which I can delete all or single emails from this listing.
I hope, this can be done easily and soon.
