Payment methods not defined when submitting booking

I am unable to make a booking, when i checked the console, the error is saying
Uncaught ReferenceError: PaymentMethods is not defined
at service-pick-up:1830:4
Uncaught ReferenceError: methods is not defined
at confirmBooking (service-pick-up:1408:6)
at HTMLInputElement.onclick (service-pick-up:1130:122)

Also, when I turn off payment in the configuration, I am getting Field 'order_card_expiry_month' doesn't have a default value
