01st November 2021- New version 2.14.5 - QR Code scanning supported

The OS Services Booking developer team are proud to announce the release of OS Services Booking 2.14.5. This is a sixth release for the 2.14.x series of OS Services Booking with a lot of great improvements and addresses issues introduced in previous versions. In recent versions, and even the latest version, we are always improving and providing patches for OS Services Booking on Joomla 4 and various PHP versions. Recently, when OS Services Booking started running stable on Joomla4, we started developing new features for component. And right in this version, we introduce an extremely important and highly applicable feature.

What's new in OS Services Booking version 2.14.5
1. Add QR Code scan function
In previous versions, OS Services Booking supported the QR code scanning feature to perform check-in for an order. But in fact, this way of doing check-in is not really convenient for the following reasons:
- One order in OS Services Booking can contain more than one order items, why we just have one QR code for the whole of order. So, it is difficult to perform check-in when an order contain various items at different time frames.
- The check-in progresses are also quite complicated, the administrator has to log in outside the front-end first, then use mobile QR code scan application to scan the code to open the link before being able to check-in each order item of orders. 
Understanding those issues, we were determined to develop a feature that allows administrator to use OS Services Booking itself to check-in for order items through the QR Code scan feature. And each order item will have unique QR code for check-in separately.
 
Simple, to check-in the order items at front-end, administrator just need to have a mobile, login at frontend and open QR Code scan layout of OS Services Booking and scan the QR code of customers.

2. Improve Frontend Page Navigation
In this version, we add Page Navigation in Employees working list and improve layout of navigation to make it nicer.

3. Improve GCalendar integration feature
There are some timezone issues in GCalendar integration feature and we fixed it in this latest OS Services Booking version.
