Hi,
when a service is booked the confirmation email is correctly sent and received.

If the service is cancelled by the user no mail is received.

If the service is cancelled from the admin panel the change status email is correctly sent and received.

What should I check or set to receive the cancelation email? My understanding was that it is automatic and nothing must be done.

Hi Claudio,
You mean that when customer cancel their order, there aren't any notification emails sent to customer?

Exactly!
It can be that the customers have to prove the cancellation if the service amount is for some reason taken due to missing cancellation.
