Different Email notification addresses for different classes?

Hi

I am setting up OS Services Bookings for a venue.
I need to be able to notify different class leaders that they have a booking for their classes.
I can only find one notifications email address.
How can I set up for each class leader to receive emails about their own class bookings?

In OS Services Booking, one booking can contain order items of various services, so that we can't add notification email field for specific Services

Ah...
That's makes things rather difficult for me.
You are saying that I can't notify each class leader that they have a booking for their service?
I don't know how I'm going to get round this as there is no central office to handle bookings.
Do you have a suggestion you could offer me?
