Two venues, - One employee was created by Wynand Louw
Hi

I have set up OS Sevice booking with two venues:

1. Counselling at Physical Venue at Physical address (Face-2-face)
2. Counselling Online

Employee = 1

Services would vary depending on client need. For example:

Service 1 - f-2-f (At venue 1) Employee 1 (10-11) If the client selected this option no other service should be avialbel for the time slot
Service 1 - online (At venue 2) Employee 1 (10-11)

Service 2 - f-2-f (At venue 1)
Service 2 - online (Venue 2)

I have two categories:
1. F-2-F
2. Online

When I use the default menu setting, it shows the Employee availability, but since the availability is linked to a specific venue, it shows all-time slots instead of only allowing the customer to book 24hours after the current time.

How can I resolve this two-venue one employee situation?

I want the client to choose either F-2-F or online but only 24 hours from the current date and time. It must then indicate the client booking detail which venue they selected.

I have checked through the forum and on installation documentation but cannot find a solution.

Thanks Wynand

Yes, have done that. Physical venue and Online venue.

Created the same employee twice and link one employee to a physical venue and another to Online venue. Links different service the same.

Have six physical services and six online services. If I want to set unavailable time, must do it for 12 different services.

I will have to rethink to maybe have to services namely In Person at Physical venue end Online Through Zoom. Then add an additional compulsory field on registration to define the type of service required, for Example, Trauma Counselling, Personal Counselling, Coaching, Mentoring etc.

Then at least I will have two services to add the times that the person is unavailable.in a given week.

The venue now at least show the unavailable times in the 24 hours period.

Have set Disable timeslot of service when one of the employees is booked to Yes and Disable timeslots of the venue when one of the employees is booked also to yes.

A little bit of a struggle at the moment.

Thanks
Wynand

HI, It seems that my original idea is not working.

My setup is two venues and one employee:

1. Physical Office for in-person meeting
2. Zoom venue - For online help.

I am alone but offer the choice of Physical venue or Zoom meeting.

How would I need to set up this arrangement in order for the venues to both show the service is not available if the client makes a booking for a service in one venue at for example 15:00 to 16:00 as indicated above?

To illustrate, both venues (Physical and Virtual) is linked to me. I cannot do both venue meetings at the same time. It is one or the other.

Is this possible?

Kind regards
