Confirmation mail free and payed bookings

Hello,

I have a problem I'd like to solve. I use OS service booking to book tickets for a museum (since corona there can only be a x number of visitors on a given timeslot). There are 3 price ranges (done via custom field with discounts). If you are a member the tickets are free.

So the workflow now is as follows: You pick a date and time. You select the number of 'tickets' you want. You select what kind of tickets they are (full price, half price and free) you add them to the basket and you go through payment.

I have set the 'send confirmation mail' to 'Bookingform' so people who don't have to pay get a confirmation mail.

Now here is the issue. When someone books a ticket (and has to pay) but doesn't complete the payment procedure they get a confirmation email. The museum get's an e-mail that there where tickets booked.

Is there a way to put the status of payment in the confirmation mails that go to both customer and admin, so everyone can see if a ticket is payed for or not?

When I tested it in may, this was the case in the admin mail, but that has disappeared.

Hope you can help.

ps. making two different services is no solution because of the total max number of sloths.
