Hi folks,
I have just purchased OS Booking, and am VERY happy with ALL your products.
I just have a few questions. This might be a little bit long, so I have attached my requirements in a text file to this post.

Basically, my requirement is that I have a team of trainers. They teach 3 different programs, and all trainers are qualified to teach the same program if needed.
I dont want to book individual employees, so I have set up only ONE "Employee" in the system as simply "Coaching Staff"... the system then sees one "Employee", where in fact there are 5, but I think I have got this working fine in the system.
ALL of the trainers go to the customers place to deliver the training at the same time, so therefore, they can only do one session in a particular place on each day (see point 3 below).

To summarise my requirements:

1. I need to book for a number of DAYS in a row, instead of each day (or hour) separately
2. I need to book per PERSON instead of per hour of the employees time (I think I have managed to get around this by setting up many "Slots", where each "slot" represents a student, so if a person is booking 15 "slots", this is in fact 15 students (details in the text file)
3. If there are say 200 "slots" initially for a particular day, and one or mor of these are booked for that day, and service, then I need to DISABLE the remaining slots, because the trainers cannot go to 2 separate sessions on the same day
4. I need to have the calendar show the Unavailability when any slots on a particular day are booked. (I know I can find this, but it would be better if this was immediately visible in the calendar).
5. I need to have the calendar show the bookings in different colours, eg, RED = booked and confirmed (paid), ORANGE = Booked, but NOT confirmed (paid), GREEN = Available

Also I am having a few little problems, I have attached screen shots to show this.
In Screen Print #1 can I stop this pop-up from appearing every time,
Also in Screen Print #1, if I click on the "Prevent this page from creating additional dialogues", then I cannot continue to place orders, even though the other popup-box says: "Are you sure you want to book this service"
This will be very confusing to customers.... better to remove the "additional dialogues" box altogether.
What is the purpose of this "Prevent this page from creating.... " pop-up box?

In screen print #2, the "Agree wih terms and conditions text is at the top of the screen, but the checkbox is at the bottom of the screen.

thank you for your assisance with this, and if OSB cannot do what I need... can you suggest another component, maybe OS Property??
I love all your components and modules, so this is not a complaint..... I already have a few of your products, and will continue to purchase them... love your work!

Hi Mike,
I have read your text file, it's quite long, but i understand your idea.
Your question is you want when one time slot is booked, it will be unavailable and other customers can't make the appointment booking request on that time slot?
By the way, please submit ticket and send your site information with super admin acc, ftp account. I will fix the issues as attached images for you
Thanks
Dam

Thanks Dam,
I will raise a support ticket.

What I want to do in my text file requirements may not be possible given the OSB functionality, and if that is the case, then I havent got a great issue with that (I will just have to find another way around it, as I do need the functionality)....

Your products are great, and no-one should expect them to do every little thing imaginable... and I certainly don't expect that!.

regards
