OS Services Booking Workflow

I purchased OS Services Booking hoping to be able to setup a simple online booking service. The service I was trying to setup would have customers request an appointment for say example 1PM Jan 1, 2014 then the website admin would get a notification of this request and have to confirm their request. Then the customer would get a confirmation email of their request to be paid offline and a reminder email a couple hours before their appointment. It seems there is no CONFIRM appointment step as the choices for notifications are after FORM or after PAYMENT. Why not a manual admin confirm appointment step for the offline payments?

OS Services Booking workflow is different with your request. When user want to use the Offline payment, the system will send the notification to administrator, and depend on the setting of the payment gateway, the appointment booking request will be approved or In pending status.
After any appointment booking request process, there are 3 emails that will be sent to administrator, customer and employee
