Hi OS Team.

I want to say thank you for your great support.
I have a question and a request and I hope you can help me.

I am developing a site for a client that will be using the OS Services Booking software. Right now the software (OS Services Booking) is configured to send an email notification to Admin and the Employee and a confirmation to the customer.
My dilemma is that I will like to send an email to Admin, Employee, Supervisor and store manager as well as a confirmation email to the customer. Is this feasible?
I will really appreciate your help on this issue.
Please note that the request already address all but supervisor and store manager.

Hi,
i think it isn't difficult to add send email function to other people in system. But i want to know who are Supervisor and store manager and when will we send the email to them.
After solve above questions, we can add the email content for Supervisor and Store manager, and then, we can pass the parameters to run the sending email function as other user types.

Dam,

Thank you for your prompt response to my question.
The supervisor and the Manager are the employee's superior and because of the check and balances the store adopt, the supervisor and the store manager will like to be notified when a customer made a reservation. The same time an Employee and an Administrator are notified. I hope this makes sense.

Sending is not difficult, but manage supervisor and store manager is one problem. Each supervisor will received the confirmation email from some employees not all, store managers are also.
So we need to manage the relation between supervisors and employees, store managers and services.
Do you know php joomla coding to add those objects to OSB system?

Hi,
You requests are outside of OSB so much. As i said, to send email is not difficult, the main thing is how to manage those user objects in your system. Please think about other solution for this issue.

Hi Dam,

What I am asking is simply adding Two (2) additional email recipient to what you already have set up. For example, i want 4 people to receive email when ever a customer made a reservation as suppose to 2 people as you have the software doing right now. Let for now forget about the titles that I had in my previous email that was just an illustration. what I want is to have email go to Admin, employee and two other people. I will go with your suggestion as just sending email and not bother about any relationship.

Hi OS Team,

I see my last response to your answer was ignored.

What I am asking is simply adding Two (2) additional email recipients to what you already had. I am not asking you to re-Invent a new wheel at least give your customers the option to choose who receive notifications as supposed to limiting them to just two. And my request is that I want to have 4 people receiving booking notification when a customer books an appointment. These recipients could be associated to either Employee notification or to Administrators it really doesn’t make me no different as long as everyone involved receive a booking notification. I hope this helps?
