Hi Josep,
If you open file:
components > com_osproperty > helpers > layouts > propertyedit.php
You will find this code

Code:

<?php
$require_field .= "address,";
$require_label .= JText::_('OS_ADDRESS').",";
?>

You need to comment this code like below:

<?php
//$require_field .= "address,";
//$require_label .= JText::_('OS_ADDRESS').",";
?>
