Theme 3 Photo Layout Not Working

Good morning, Sorry for all the questions – almost have this all done.  Appreciate the support so far. 
I am trying to get the theme 3 type gallery to work, and it just is not changing.  I have set the default theme to theme 3, changed the home page menu to theme 3.  Cleared cache and all and doesn't change.  

1 - I dont seem to have Wider Theme option.  That gallery is what I am looking for which is the same I see in your demo to Theme default just not wide.  I cant even get the gallery to Theme 2.  Just seems to be stuck on the following - 



What I would like - 


Is there a setting I am missing?

Hi,
Your first screenshot is Theme3 while the second is Default theme. You can check your published theme and using theme in your properties listing layout
