Property Listing in Article or as module

I'm using a Yootheme and Pagebuilder system for a site with OS Property.

I would like to be able to get the Property Listing on a page/article compatible with the Pagebuilder but I can only see that the Property Listing has to be a Menu item directly with all parameters selected on the menu item setup?

The link between the Search module and the Property Listing isn't clear to me - the search module appears with the listing from the menu item but the search module appears without listing if you use it on its own.

Can I do what I want?
