Cant get PDF and Gallery at bottom to show

I have done a lot of fiddling with my layouts but all of sudden I realise that I no longer have the Phot Gallery or PDF at the bottom of the Property Details and next to top photo it now takes full width which it didnt before.´ Im using an override of the theme1.

I just must be missing some option somewhere ???

I have just noticed that if I search for properties to RENT the layout is exactly how I want it but when I search for For SALE the layout is different.

Event when I search from a Menu link or the Search Module.

I cant find where to fix this issue in the admin?????
