RESO Automated MLS Integration was created by BA Kellems
I've been using and love Joomla since it was created in 2005, and OSProperty & Eshop for more years than I can count. Unfortunately I can only use OSProperty for agents/brokers that want to manually add/remove their MLS listings, and Eshop for users that do not require Fedex for shipping.
Due to those 2 lack of features, my list of Joomla agents/brokers and ecommerce clients has dwindled down to only a few. My brokerages and agents want automated MLS integration, my ecommerce clients ship using Fedex, therefore I'm stuck using Wordpress...I HATE wordpress, it's an antiquated, "code bloat" & unnecessarily complicated system that was developed from the get go as a monopoly for wp plugin developers to literally rob people of their hard earned money and profits. Wordpress and its plugin developers are absolutely nothing but a bunch of lazy, rude, and greedy leaches... and I'm just sick of it.
Eshop use to have a Fedex shipping plugin but that just stopped working and then simply just disappeared...I had to move all ecommerce clients to Wordpress. Back in 2016 OSProperty was working on an MLS Integration importer that never came to fruition and as my real estate clients more and more requested automated mls integration, I had to move them to Wordpress as well.
I would love nothing more than to move all of my clients back to Joomla at which point I could live and work my remaining years until I retire without frustration or the daily hatred I feel towards Wordpress and "all" of its plugin developers. Longing for this, I occasionally revisit the Joomdonation forums to see if or what new progress has been made to sadly find none. I've seen many people post in these forums wishing for an automated MLS integration importer, I'm truly shocked that Joomdonation, or anyone else for that matter, has not developed a plugin for this ability.
I think I can tolerate Wordpress for another 4 or 5 months at which time I think I'll just give up and retire if I can't find a Joomla solution. I know that there are other Joomla extensions that offer what I need, and even tried many of them to always find something that didn't meet my requirements or found them extremely clunky to work with. I'm quite familiar with OSProperty and Eshop, I would love to continue supporting Dam and his group. I'm not a Joomla plugin developer...wish I would have concentrated on that 19 years ago *sighs*
Has everyone given up on the automated mls integration ability?

Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are excited to inform you that, as part of our plans for this year, we will be making significant improvements to OS Property. One of our top priorities is to develop a feature that will allow for automatic importing of property information from MLS (Multiple Listing Service), which will greatly enhance the efficiency and convenience of property management.
If you would like to discuss this improvement in more detail or have any specific requirements, please feel free to reach out to us through our customer support ticket system. Our team will be happy to provide further insights and assist you with any questions you may have regarding this plan.
Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to working with you on these exciting updates.
Best regards,
Dam

Hi Brandy,
Could you please submit ticket on category: OS Property and we will discuss about this work. This is complicate feature and i am sure it can't be done quickly. I will try to have it done in this year.
Thanks
Dam
