Is it possible to set up two for one places (buy one get one free)?
Group booking, the first delegate would pay full price, the second would get an option of a free place.
I would also like to be able to set up multiple versions of this,
for example
buy 4 places get the 5th for free (5 for 4).
buy 2 places get the 3rd for free (3 for 2).
