addproperty view without tabs or panels

Hello, please, i am trying to make as easy and fast as possible the add new property view, by editing the propertyedit.php and i really need to take out the tabs, panels, from add property form, in order to have all informations in a single tab, because i will remove 90% of fields and so the tab will not be too big, and it will be very fast to post properties. How can i remove panels from propertyedit.php? thanks so much.
