Payment by mastercard ou Visa card

I'like to know how an user can pay by Mastercard or Visa card whithoud using Paypal ?

It's up to PayPal to handle it. Normally, when users redirect to PayPal, PayPal should allow them to pay using credit card. But in some cases, PayPal might not allow paying by credit card. If credit card option is not available, you might want to contact PayPal and ask them the question directly
