Error When Deleting Subscription: array_merge() Argument Type Issue

I'm encountering an issue with the Membership Pro component when I try to delete a subscription. The following error message appears:

0 array_merge(): Argument #1 must be of type array, string given

It seems that the array_merge() function is receiving a string instead of an array. I haven’t made recent customizations, so I'm not sure what might be causing this. Could it be related to incorrect data in the database or a bug in the component?

Here is some additional information about my setup:

Joomla version: [4.4.8 Stable [ Pamoja ]]
Membership Pro version: [4.0.0]
PHP version: [8.3.10]

It could cause by certain plugin on your site. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super user account of your site so that I can check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted ?
