Block Image Won't Center

I'm not sure if this is a template issue, and extension issue, or something else.
I have an image in the intro text for the Membership Pro Default Plans List menu item.
the image will not center!

When there is text below the image it WRAPS to the right of the image even though the code is a block:

(note: I added the !important tag for testing after everything else failed - I think that eliminates the template forcing the image to the left)
I'm using JCE editor on a Joomla 4 site. The template is RocketTheme Orion (Gantry 5)

Any help would sure be appreciated.
