How can you revise the "Edit Subscription" front end page?

I'm a new user to Joomla.  Can the front end of the "Edit Subscription" page be updated within Joomla, or is a separate application required?

Thank you for the response; my apologies for not being clear.

We need to add more fields to the Membership Pro database that we are using; I know how to do that through the back end.

These new fields will entered and/or edited in the "Edit Subscription" page available in the front end. And, of course, the new fields have to be added to that template.

 

In answers to other forum members about templates, you say that the code has to be modified.  Is there a PHP editor built into Joomla or Membership Pro?  Or do I find an external editor?  I ask because I am not at all familiar with PHP, and I haven't used HTML for years; there are definite changes in the CMS world!
