Emails Sent to Administrator

Hey Tuan,

I have a question – I'm not sure when this changed as I was previously running an older version of Membership Pro on Joomla 3.

Our site is on Joomla 4 now and running Membership Pro 3.3.1 (will update to 3.3.2 today).

Back on our old Joomla 3 installation, the administrator would basically become notified of a new (or renewed) subscription and in addition to the email notification for that action, an email with all of the subscriber information would be sent to the administrator.

On Joomla 4, the administrator appears to only receive the notification email and not the subscriber information. Is it possible for the administrator to still receive the subscriber information emails? They are indeed logged in the Email Log but they are only being sent to the subscriber and not the administrator.

Hi Elliot

There should be no changed from old version to new version, so maybe it causes by some configuration only

Could you please attach two screenshots:

1. One which you used to receive in the past
2. One which you receive at the moment

I will look at it to see what's the difference and guide you to correct the behavior
