Group Members

I am having a problem where Group Member do not have a profile. Logging into the site redirects to a user profile page. Because Group Members do not have a profile, it is causing the navigation dropdown items to be unclickable. Has any one come across this issue?

This is the only error meesage I could see:

For some reasons, there is javascript conflict here. Please submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account of the site

2. The account which is having the issue

3. Link to that page

I will check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted

Thanks for getting back to me. We have uncovered a database issue when trying to update Membership Pro. Once we have resolved that I will get back to you. Hopefully the update will fix the javascript issue.
