File sending custom field was created by LucaM
Hello, I added a custom field for sending a file (pdf, jpg) during registration. I made the required field (the red asterisk is visible) but it doesn't work, I can still register without attaching any file. Where am I wrong? Thank you

Hmm

That's strange. If the field is required, you should not be able to process the subscription.

So did you try to press the Process button to process the subscription yet? It still process subscription as normal ?

I confirm that registration is possible even without attaching the file.

Yes. Please submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Link to subscription form

2. Super admin account of the site

We are going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
