Plans Email & Messages 'Invoice Format' query? was created by PhoenixUK
Hi Tuan,
I've noticed in 'Plan > Email & Messages > Invoice Format message template, can you please clarify for me what this use case is, specifically, please?
I don't want to get my hopes up but reading between the lines, is this to create our own template that can accompany the systems PDF invoice, which is of course set in the Configuration>Invoice Settings?
If it is what I am hoping it is, this would mean that my nearly 2-year issue of needing a way to send recurring invoices but with our own styled message per month for e.g. can now be resolved, I sincerely hope that it is... I will throw a party for myself if so haha!
However, if I am not understanding this feature correctly, please do clarify it for my knowledge.
Regards.

Hello
In short, if you see same setting in plan and in global (Emails & Messages in this case), the setting in plan will have higher priority. If you don't enter data for the setting in plan, the setting in global will be used
This option, sometime is useful if for some reasons (I know customers need it), you need to have different invoice format for each plan
Hope my answers are clear to you
