upgrade link

Hi team!
I think that will be a quick and easy one.
You guys have provided a possibility for a user to upgrade. Let's say a user has PlanA and wants to upgrade PlanB. is there any way to add some code to the url? I just want to create buttons in different parts of PlanA content indicating that they can upgrade to PlanB.

As for the code in URL - once you told me about coupon codes to add ?coupon_code=20%discount
Maybe there is sth like that for upgrades as well?

Just to show you how that works from my side right now, I used your module and when a user clicks upgrade, he/she is redirected to the page with ?task=register.process_upgrade_membership&Itemid=
I tried to input there the plan id but that doesn't work..

Unfortunately, right now, there is no easy way. You can pass upgrade_option_id variable in the link to have it works. However, the problem is that right now, we don't have an easy way to to get that upgrade option ID(we don't display it), so it's not easy to end users like yourself to get it and pass it to the link
