Renew email not posting links, href=, correctly in <a tag was created by vthomas
In our renewal emails, we are giving them a link to the renewal URL. In this case, that is
nccadv.org/renew-membership
.
Whether I choose this via the editor (JCE) by selecting the correct menu item, or just pasting " nccadv.org/renew-membership " into the URL ... when the email is sent, it is leaving out "nccadv.org" in the a tag ... instead, it is creating a link to "http://renew-membership/", leaving out "nccadv.org" and the "s" in https.
Example:
and
BOTH result in a link to "http://renew-membership/"
Please advise. Thank you, Vicky

Hi Vicky
Please check the setting of JCE. There should be a setting called Link Type or something like that. Set it to Absolute (so that it will save absolute URL instead of relative URL) and it will solve the issue
(Link Type is the parameter in Tiny MCE, by default, it is relative, you can set it to Absolute. JCE should have same parameter)

Thank you! I found a good explanation on how to do this on JCE Editor web site:
