Registration form issues was created by Kylie Fun
I have found a number of issues with the registration form.
Please tell me how to fix these issues.
I am using version 2.10.0, with twitter bootstrap version 2.
Issue 1
The input text fields are not high enough to see the text entries
In fact, as shown in the attached images, the subscription amounts cannot be read, they are smaller (not as high) as the currency symbol.
Issue 2
Background:
I have created a custom fee field for different payment frequencies and set the default recurring subscription to monthly, as shown in attached image 2a.
The configuration has setup for 10% tax and the "Fee Values" entered allow for the tax to be added.
Problem:
Using "Fee formula" as [FIELD_VALUE] - When an option other than monthly is selected it shows the "payment term" as 1 month rather than the new period as per their selection (and adjusted subscription length) and it calculates the fee shown there incorrectly anyway, it seems to be adding on rather than taking the total entered in the "custom fee field" "fee value".
When "Fee formula" is empty the fee shown does not change, at all, regardless of the "payment frequency" selected by the user
The other aspect to this is the "payment term" always says 1 month, even if a different frequency is selected.
As shown in image 2b.
What I would have expected:
The total entered in "custom fee field" be used when the "Fee formula" is [FIELD_VALUE], not added to the monthly fee.
I would also have expected that the "payment term" reflect the relevant "Modify Subscription Duration" entry.
Issue 3
The total shown as owing, the "Regular Gross Amount" is more than the configured number of decimal places.
Please tell me how to fix these issues.

Hello Kylie
1. The issue #1 causes by some css conflict with your site template. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account and link to the page so that our template developer can add some custom css to get it sorted for you
2. Leave fee formula empty. The fee which you entered in Fee Value for each option should be added. If it doesn't work, it must cause by something else and we will check it when receive your ticket
However, the main issue here is it is not possible to change payment terms like you said. That modify subscription duration will only work for one time subscription, for recurring subscription, it is impossible to implement it.
So in your case, I think you will have to create several plans instead of one plan with different option like that. Each plan for the subscription length you want
3. It was a small issue with rounding in old version and we fixed it long time ago. If it is possible, please purchase latest version and upgrade, it will work fine
Regards,
Tuan

I fixed the narrow input fields issue by going to:
Configuration > General > Theme Settings > 'Load twitter bootstrap css in the front-end' - Set to NO.
Fixed as it now uses my site template's css.

Hi Paul
Yes. In case your site is built based on twitter bootstrap version 2, you should have Load twitter bootstrap css in the front-end config option set to No to avoid loading unnecessary css + avoid conflict. I'm glad you figured it own
