is there a component or different joomla application that would assist in the membership management. The subscriber table gives a great snapshot of my subscribers and their status. but I can't follow if or when emails are being sent out notifying them, if they're responding, force an email to overdue accounts, etc.
The payment collection and renewal options are fantastic, but the user management seems weak. or perhaps I'm missing something? Any input is appreciated.
